English as a Second Language (ESL)
ECC provides four levels of English as a Second Languages classes. The classes enable participants to develop the language and literacy skills they need to interact, engage and succeed as workers and members of the community. The emphasis of the Level 1 to Level 3 classes is on Life Skills and the Level 4 class stresses Civics and American Culture.
Classes are open to adult participants of any nationality seeking to improve their speaking, writing and listening skills. All our classes are taught by highly motivated, well-trained teachers who help students gain a richer understanding of U.S. culture and society.
Classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Computer Training Center was established in 1998 to provide low cost computer training for those with little or no previous experience with computers. Currently the Center provides beginner levels of Windows applications. All trainings are provided by qualified instructors in the IT field. Classes are offered Monday and Tuesday, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm; Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm; Monday and Tuesday, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm; Wednesday and Thursday, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm; Saturdays – 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
